Ingredients

3 ½ cups of traditional oats
2 cups of freshly cooked pumpkin (pureed)
1 cup of vanilla Greek Yoghurt (fat-free)
¾ tsp of salt
½ cup of vanilla X50 Skinny Protein Powder
3 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup baking Stevia
¼ cup of Cacao Chips
1 cup of apple sauce
½ tsp of nutmeg
¼ tsp of ground allspice
¼ tsp of ground cloves
½ tsp of ground ginger

Method

Our healthy recipe for muffins begins by blending oats in a food processor until these are finely pureed. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients before blending into a batter. Prepare your muffin tins and spoon in the batter. Bake your muffins for 15 to 20 minutes and then leave to cool. Once cooled these can either be eaten or frozen.
