By ordering Green Tea X50, our clients understand that they are requesting a fresh new supply of Green Tea X50 plus a minimum of $9.95 postage & handling per shipment billed to the invoice of the purchaser. As part of the Tribeca Health VIP access, our clients also receive FREE unlimited access to the ‘Accelerated Weight Loss Programme. All products have a shelf life of 2 years and carry a expiration date where required. Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery (subject to Stock availability).
Product Returns, Exchanges & Money Back Guarantee
Any product returns MUST be in original condition and packaging and are done so at customer’s expense. Once your parcel has been received, you will receive a credit or refund within 30 days, less $9.95 administration charges & excluding any postage and handling charges. If you wish to return your product please email our customer service team. Returned products to be sent to our postal address
1. We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
2. To ensure an exchange is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your original receipt or invoice and a stamped self-addressed envelope. Our dispatch department will not accept any packages marked return to sender or COD.
Any product exchange due to customer error while ordering is done so at the customers expense. The customer must return the product to us in original condition. A postage fee of $9.95 is applicable to the sending of the correct product.
Payment must be made in full before the goods are dispatched and can be done so by credit card, debit card, cash, cheque, money order or electronic funds transfer.
Where the Tribeca Health Easy Payment Option Plan (EPOP) is offered the first instalment includes Postage & Handling (P&H) and the total order must be paid by Credit Card.

Tribeca Health reserves the right to remove or edit such content,
Tribeca Health has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. If you do post content or submit material, you grant Tribeca Health a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence and right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content as it sees fit, throughout the world in any media. You grant Tribeca health the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy; that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Tribeca Health for all claims resulting from content you supply.
To improve your experience as a Tribeca Health Club site member, we may send out message notifications, newsletters and site announcements. You can select to opt-out of receiving communications (except direct emails from administration, system communications, or communications required for account purposes).
When you become a member of the Tribeca Club, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mail from Green Tea X50.
At any time, members may choose not to receive promotional e-mails from Green Tea X50, or partners of Green Tea X50 by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the applicable e-mail. Green Tea X50 may continue to contact its members for the purpose of communicating information about their membership to Tribeca Health Club, as well as to facilitate, complete or confirm any transaction that our members’ enter into.
Tribeca Health may amend this Policy, in whole or in part thereof, at its discretion. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on Tribeca Health owned websites.
Green Tea X50 and the Accelerated Weight Loss Programme will not just help you burn body fat and lose weight, but will also help regulate cholesterol levels and improve your cardiac function for all round good health.
Money back policy terms
You must for at least 30 consecutive days:
- have two serves of Green Tea X50 per day
- follow the Accelerated Weight Loss Programme meal planner each day
- do at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 times per week
- follow the weight loss tips & instructions
All returns are subject to a $9.95 administration processing fee.
If you do not lose 3 kilos or more in 30 days from starting the Green Tea X50 Programme and wish to take advantage of the money back policy you must:
- contact us within 10 days of finishing the 30 day trial period of when Green Tea X50 was dispatched to you (if you purchased direct from us) or within 40 days of the date of purchase (if you purchased in store) to receive a product return confirmation number; and
- with your return confirmation number return to us at your own cost and in the one parcel:
- original proof of purchase (receipt or paid tax invoice); and
- the Accelerated Weight Loss Programme booklet; and
- all unused Green Tea X50 sachets; and
- a covering letter signed by you confirming your product return confirmation number and reason for returning product.
- a stamped self-addressed envelope for us to send you your refund.
Within 30 days of us receiving all of the things mentioned at paragraph 3(b) we will refund you the purchase price (excluding postage and handling) less the administration fee.
Your refund will by way of cheque and sent to you in the stamped self-addressed envelope you provide us.
